Let's Explore Austrian Wine

Hard to believe, we've been doing our virtual events for almost five years now, and have never explored the country of Austria!?! With over 1,500 years of wine history and culture, there are several indigenous grapes here that you absolutely MUST try.

This month, we'll be sampling three local specialties: the refreshingly brisk white Grüner Veltiner, the soft and light Pinot-like red Zweigelt, and the Voluptuous red, Blaufrankisch.

Marc Supsic is a certified wine expert and Sommelier of over ten years. He's led hundreds of wine events and has a popular Youtube channel that talks about all things wine.

This 90-minute tasting session will feature a brief historical and geographical exploration of Austria - and of course, we'll taste the wines together in real time and enjoy in a friendly, intimate setting!

Food pairing suggestions and recipes will be offered a few days before the event.
